SENIOR COILED TUBING OPERATOR/ SAUDI ARABIA
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operates and maintains CT unit without constant direct supervision
  • Follow instructions for spotting equipment on location
  • Ensure that all hi-pressure iron is banded with a current inspection date
  • Complete Treatment Reports
  • Understand and operate the ORION/CERBERUS system
  • Perform pre/post job equipment inspections. Specifically, perform pre-trip vehicular inspections
  • Complete DOT logs as required by regulation and training
  • Keep workspaces (including vehicles) clean and free of safety hazards at all times. Observe all safety rules at all times. Knows how to use and always utilizes Personal Protective Equipment
  • Assist in rig-ups/rig-downs as well as operation of all equipment during a job. Assist with maintenance of equipment, replenishment of stores and general housekeeping while in the shop. Perform scheduled maintenance on assigned equipment
  • Takes instruction on how to operate tools and equipment utilized on the job and in the shop. Specifically learn to independently operate and maintain fluid pumps and nitrogen equipment
  • Communicates effectively with co-workers, supervisors and customers
  • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of Coiled Tubing experience operating a CT unit is required
  • Experience completing pre/post job equipment inspections (including pre-trip vehicular inspections) is required
  • Experience operating Orion, Cerberus or similar software is required
  • Must have current CDL
Coiled Tubing Supervisor/ SAUDI ARABIA .
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Reports directly to the Coiled Tubing Manager.
  • Responsible for training and mentoring Coiled Tubing Operators
  • Managing equipment maintenance and personnel
  • Managing and developing customer accounts
  • Motivating and supporting the Coiled Tubing team to operate within our Target Zero Safety Program
  • Help promote safe work practices and higher standards of performance.
  • Advises on specific servicing problems and recommends use of specialized tools, techniques, and services.
  • Ensures the Coiled Tubing Equipment is maintained and operated within guidelines and policies.
  • Coordinates in daily activities of Coiled Tubing operations in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner.
  • Assists with service improvement efforts by observing performance of operating crews and suggesting improvements and changes to management.
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years verifiable experience in Coiled Tubing as Supervisor with a Service company
  • Down hole hydraulics, fluid rheology, job auditing, nitrogen calculations nitrogen kick-offs, down hole tool applications, sand fill cleanouts, scale removal, conveying fluids for matrix treatments, setting packers/plugs, cementing, milling, fishing, coiled tubing logging and data acquisition.
  • Safety and loss prevention standards and Coiled Tubing contingency planning.
  • Operation and maintenance of Coiled Tubing Units, well control equipment, nitrogen pump units, fluid pump units and downhole tools.
  • Be fluent in spoken and written English
